What is the eligibility criteria to apply for the T-Works Fellowship?

Given the demands of the program, we require candidates to have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in order to apply. Having said that, exceptions may be made for candidates with extraordinary demonstrable skills.

What are the different roles one can apply for?

The fellowship is meant to bring together the country’s best talent. If you love our vision and have a good body of work to back your application, we encourage you to apply. How many rounds of Interviews?

We follows a multi-level interview process. In some cases we might give assignments to assess specific skills.

Is there an option to work remote?

The T-Works Fellowship program is a paid, full time, work-from-office role. We do not have remote assignments under this program. For other opportunities you can visit our careers page or write to careers@tworks.in.

How is the Fellowship structured?

The first few weeks will be spent learning about T-Works, the facility, and projects & programs. Fellows will be mapped to a function depending on skills and areas of interest. Fellows may work independently, with existing teams, or take complete ownership of a project or program depending on experience and expertise.

What is the tentative start date of the program?

We intend to have fellows join us from July 2024. The actual date of joining will be decided based on mutual convenience.

Do I need to be a graduate to apply for the fellowship?

Having a degree is not mandatory. We evaluate candidates based on their demonstrable expertise.

Is there an age requirement to apply?

Candidates should be 18 years and above to apply for the Fellowship.

Does T-Works provide accommodation and transport?

T-Works does not provide accommodation or transport. We can help you find suitable options to stay and commute.

What after the fellowship?

Towards the end of the program there will be a review and discussion with fellows, based on which an offer to convert to a full-time position may be made at the discretion of T-Works.

Is it possible to leave the fellowship program midway?

Yes. T-Works and candidates both have the option of terminating the fellowship with a month’s notice.
