Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in a hands-on workshop at T-works
Enrollment:
Workshop enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants must complete the registration process and submit any required fees or documentation to secure their spot.
Attendance and Punctuality:
Participants are expected to arrive at the workshop venue on time. Late arrivals may disrupt the flow of the workshop and inconvenience other participants.
If a participant is unable to attend a workshop session should notify as soon as possible.T-works is not responsible for providing makeup sessions or refunds for missed sessions.
Dress Code and Safety:
Participants are required to dress appropriately and safely for the workshop. Clothing and footwear should be comfortable and suitable for hands-on activities.
T-works reserves the right to restrict a participant's involvement in hands-on activities if their attire or footwear is deemed unsafe by the workshop facilitator or staff.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment in a workshop must notify T-works in writing by cancellation deadline. Refunds will be provided as per the following guidelines:
full refund if cancellation is made at least 2 days before the workshop; no refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop.
T-works reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.
Code of Conduct:
T-works reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive behaviour from the workshop, without refund or liability.
Modifications:
T-works reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Participants will be bound by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of their enrollment or participation.
By enrolling in a hands-on workshop T-works, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
