Product Showcase

Products built at T-Works originate from within the team and from external customers and partners. They range from medical devices and industrial automation to furniture and mementos.

Holy Waste

A hand-operated hand press designed to improve the production throughput of incense stick holders. The press consists of base plates that can accommodate varying sizes of hardened steel moulds. The production rate achieved using the hand press is 360 stands per hour. The incense stick stand is designed to resemble a flower, along with the holywaste logo embossed in it.

Biopot

A hydraulic press combined with Teflon-coated moulds that can produce 10,000 biopot planters per month. The moulds are made from hardened steel and coated with Teflon to release the finished pot easily. One half of the mould contains 3 cartridge heaters, and the other half is heated using a ceramic band heater. The temperature of the moulds is controlled using PID controllers where the user can input a set point temperature, and the controller switches the heaters to maintain the set temperature. The press is designed to accommodate moulds of varying sizes if desired.
